Cooperation Mode
We will work with the HR and employing departments of the companies to record and understand in detail the needs of the companies for dual study students. Based on these needs, we find the right students in China and Asia, and through our organisation and training, we ensure that the students in our partnership meet the timeframe required by the company: booking, submission of documents, interviews, visas, and entry/enrolment.
For foreign students, companies are usually most interested in their ability to learn German and their long-term stability, and this is where we come in: we do a background check on the student's background and long-term plans, and ensure that he or she meets the requirements (not just the B1 or B2 level on paper, but also the ability to express themselves in real life) through specialised German language training prior to starting work.
We are always happy to find out in advance what companies are looking for in dual studies students for the current year and the next three years, so that we can plan ahead for them in the Chinese market.
